This Privacy Policy describes how AlmaLab ("we", "our", or "us") handles information in connection with the mobile application Truth or Dare AI (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We deliberately collect as little as possible. Specifically:

• Anonymous device identifier (install ID): a random UUID generated on first launch. It is not linked to your Apple ID, name, email, phone number, or contacts.
• Analytics events: aggregated, anonymous events such as screens opened, packs played, and feature usage. Collected via AppMetrica (Yandex LLC).
• Crash reports: stack traces of crashes, processed on-device by KSCrash. Reports never include your gameplay content.
• Subscription receipts: when you purchase a subscription, Apple provides us with a transaction receipt. We forward it to our backend solely to verify entitlement and prevent fraud. We never see your payment method.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address.
• Your precise or approximate location.
• Your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, calendar, or health data.
• The names you enter for players (these stay on your device only).
• The text of cards you generate with the AI feature beyond what is required to fulfill the request to our generation backend; prompts are not stored or used for training.

3. How We Use Information

• To operate the App and deliver the content you request.
• To diagnose crashes and improve stability.
• To understand which features are used so we can prioritize improvements.
• To verify your subscription status across devices and protect against fraud.

4. Third Parties

We share limited information with the following processors only as needed to operate the App:

• Apple Inc. — In-App Purchase / StoreKit, App Store distribution.
• Yandex LLC (AppMetrica) — anonymous mobile analytics. AppMetrica privacy.
• Our own backend hosted by AlmaLab, used for receipt verification and AI card generation.

We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it for cross-app or cross-site tracking.

5. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics and install IDs are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted or aggregated beyond identification. Subscription receipt records are retained for the duration of the subscription plus the period required by Apple and applicable tax law.

6. Children

The App contains mature themes and is intended for users aged 17 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA, UK, and California), you may have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about your install ID.
• Request deletion of that data.
• Object to processing or withdraw consent for analytics.

8. Security

Data in transit is protected with TLS. Backend storage is access-controlled and located on infrastructure operated by AlmaLab.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
